Shamai Wasserman
Chairman & Board Director at SILORA R&D
Shamai Wasserman has been with SILORA R&D as Chairman of the Board since 2012. An exceptionally creative leader with broad experience in many areas of business strategy with Mobile and Telco companies, he has a penchant for leading teams, managing strategic relationships and is a true leader. Prior to joining SILORA R&D, he served as Director at Rimoni Industries for over 6 years and as Chairman of the Board for Origin GPS for 6. Prior to that he was VP at Motorola Israel with a focus on Business Development. .
Eli Shubi
CEO at SILORA R&D
Eli Shubi is the CEO of SILORA R&D since June 2015. Eli is a hands-on C-Level executive with years of experience in Business Development, Sales and Operations Management. Eli has substantial technology industry expertise, and specializes in board level management, growth and turnaround of technology driven businesses.
Eli has held several key positions in the Israeli technology industry, such as the CEO of Celltro Telecom and at Comverse where he was for 9 years leading sales in APAC. Eli holds an MBA from the University of Haifa and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion.
Vladislav Vaxman
CTO at SILORA R&D
Vladislav Vaxman is the CTO at SILORA R&D, where he specializes in High Speed Board Design. Vladislav has been at SILORA R&D for over 7 years, he is a specialist in the fields of High-Speed multi-layer PCB design from MRD to production, Signal Integrity, Schematics Design and Real Time Embedded systems programming. Vladislav makes sure SILORA R&D is always first to market with cutting edge technology. Prior to joining SILORA R&D , Vladislav worked at The Standards Institution of Israel. He holds a B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Sharon Amsalem
Director of Operations and Logistics at SILORA R&D
Sharon Amsalem, having joined SILORA R&D in October 2009 is the Director of Operations and Logistics. Prior to joining SILORA R&D he was a warehouse manager at Coca-Cola. Sharon has a wealth of experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Sharon is the heart and living spirit of SILORA R&D and is an exemplary leader with a “Yes, we can” spirit.
Harel Cohen
Human Resources Manager at SILORA R&D
Harel Cohen has been the HR Resource Manager at SILORA R&D for over 10 years. Harel is responsible for making sure that we only bring the best and brightest to the SILORA R&D team. Prior to becoming the HR guru he is today, he held positions at Ducart and Matav. Harel holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences from the Open University. When he is not managing SILORA R&D’s recruitment and employee welfare program you can find him hiking the North with family and friends.
Elad Arad
VP, IP Business Unit Manager at SILORA R&D
Elad Arad is the VP, IP Business Unit Manager at SILORA R&D since 2016. Elad comes with a wealth of experience in managing SW Development, integration & testing, delivery & service. Prior to SILORA R&D he held VP positions at Comverse and Amdocs. Since 2014 he has been working on his own startup, ExtraCareUp in the health space. He holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-Recanati, Kellogg Business School, Northwestern University & Tel-Aviv University and a B.A. in Marketing & Finance from The College of Management in Israel.
Lior Davidovitch
VP R&D and Engineering at SILORA R&D
Dr. Lior Davidovitch has been the VP of R&D and Engineering at SILORA R&D since 2016. Prior to joining us, Lior was the R&D Director and Senior Product Manager at IMOD for over 7 years with a focus on command & control systems and interoperability. Much of Lior's experience prior to that began in 1993 when he was in the Israeli Navy as a Development group director and software development manager. Lior has a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering and Management, (Ph. D.), Master of Science (M. Sc.), in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, and Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.), in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, all from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Natalie Itzhak
Controller at SILORA R&D
Natalie Yitzhak joined SILORA R&D in 2006.
Previously, she worked for the financial sector in the private banking service.
Today, Natalie is SILORA R&D's controller and manages the finance department.
Natalie handles all the finical aspects of the company.
She leads the credit line approval process from the banks, the accounts payable strategy to maintain high payment ethics, customer payment solutions and employee salaries.
Natalie has a B.A. degree in social economics and type 3 book keeping accreditation.
Natalie always comes to SILORA R&D with a smile on her face, she loves working here. To her SILORA R&D feels like her second family.
Natalie enjoys the challenge of helping SILORA R&D grow and prosper.
